In less than one week Hadid Cortez got me a bunch of listings of houses that met my needs. The first group of houses, I acted too slow and lost out on a decent house. A few days later, Hadid found me more houses and went hunting this past Saturday. After running around finding 2 possible houses, he literally saved the best for last. It had everything I needed and more. Sent in the paperwork on Saturday, and Monday morning I dropped off the hard copies at the property management company. 2 hours later, got the phone call and I was approved.
