I had a swarm of bees infest a tree in my yard. I called for an appointment and was told someone would come the next day between 2-3. The next day I got a phone cal at 2:40 saying the driver was running late, but would arrive around 3. I appreciate that they made the effort to keep me updated. He arrived at 3 and looked at the problem. He discussed my options including a quick , free spray of the area. I elected to have do a full removal. I was charged the quoted price and given a 30 day warranty in case the come back. I expressed concern about my dogs getting into the dead bees. I asked if I could put down a tarp to catch them before he sprayed. The exterminator help me put down the tarp, also used a bucket to catch bees falling from the tree, then cleaned up the tarp and put it back where he found it. I appreciate the attention to detail and customer service. Assuming the treatment works, I'll be very happy I called them.
