Incredible showroom, but the customer service is sorely lacking. I paid for a bbq package march 6th, I ended up having to go into the showroom again since I could not get a call back on when my items were coming in. I finally spoke with Tim, who assured me he would take over and get everything in. He came out, took measurements, but 2 weeks later I haven't heard back on the last item to come in. Its April 28th, and I have nothing to show for the money spent or have any idea on when it will get installed.
**Update - my grill and kegerator were finally installed May 25th, but no key was left for the kegerator. The install looked good, however, they did not clean up entirely. I had to blow out the area to get all the dust out. I had to go back to the store to finalize my bill as they mischarged me and it took 2 weeks to get my refund. I ordered a grill cover June 5th, and as of July 30th, have not received it yet. Great products, but literally no customer service.
