The customer service was 100 times better when Storage One was running it. As soon as LifeStorage took over they ended my discount for being a long time customer. Now they decided to change their late fee assessment date without notifying me. I even tried to update my mailing address but I live outside the area and they wouldn't do it over the phone. Even your bank will let you update your mailing address by phone. They have an excuse for everything. Their customer is not their priority but they are great at exploiting difficult circumstances you may be facing.
If I could give them -5 stars I would. Save your hard earned money support a different storsge company.
