If I could give zero stars I would. They were rude from the start. I told them exactly what was wrong with my car and they told me they would do a free diagnostic (literally drove it out of the parking lot, turned around and came back in). Then told me I had to pay 130 bucks for that "free diagnostic." Great start! I was charged way more than quoted. I was called with threatening They lost my battery, then charged me to replace it. And lack any and all customer service. Please avoid at ALL costs. Rudy wasn't bad but he had some white dude with tattoos and for the life of me I wish I could remember this POS's name. I will turn everyone away from this shop for as long as it's around.
