Talk about terrible customer service! Granted it's lunchtime and I'm sure the staff is busy but I went through the drive-through to simply get a chicken sandwich and the person taking my order was extremely rude while taking my order. Turns out it was a manager with the worst attitude I've ever seen. When I got up to the window after paying to collect my food I realized that I was out of water and since this is Arizona and it's 110° out, I asked if I could have a large water in which she replied with a very snooty attitude that I would have to pay full price for a large drink. I had no problem with that! I looked for change as I didn't have any cash and when I was $.12 short I decided to give her my credit card. Her response was to roll her eyes and huff and then say I have to go all the way back there to ring this up. When she came back I said I hope you have a better day and she said oh I'm having a fantastic day again with the same attitude from the very beginning. It's no wonder McDonald's has such a bad name and I haven't been there in years! My first time back and this with my experience. I learned my lesson! There's a good reason she's working at McDonald's
