I have been to this spa before and had a great time. This time my group was not admitted as the person working at the spa decided that we must have stolen the spa passes. He took them away and then told us that they were at capacity. I guess when you are only a diamond at Caesars you don't matter. I used the same spa passes before when I was a seven star at Caesars and was treated very nicely. I have no desire to go this spa again and hope that the spa passes actually work that day.
