I booked a hair cut there becauseI had spoken to someone about my haircut prior to making the appointment. They basically did the bait and switch on me and ended up giving me a different stylist. I have what you might call difficult hair and I like it cut a certain way. The stylist refused to listen to what I want and gave me what she thought I needed. The hair cut is decent but when you pay 84 including tax and tip your stylist should probably listen to you and your haircut should be great. I wouldn't go there again for free. I really had a dissapointing experience and am desperately seeking a stylist in this city who listens to you and cuts curly hair!
