Ben is amazing! He was able to accommodate my last minute request to get my carpet cleaned for my move out. He certainly took his time to make sure that the carpet is stain free & clean. I'm impressed about his service today. I highly recommend you call Ben if you need your carpets cleaned. His prices are reasonable. You can tell he cares about making sure customers are happy with his service. I felt bad for him because we were on the 3rd floor and he had to go down a couple times to drain out his equipment. It was hot day but I didn't see him complain at all. He was also a nice guy. That's a plus in my book. We're already talking about getting our tiles cleaned by him.
