If you are a new or old T-Mobile customer, I recommend visiting this location. Upon entering, I was greeted by Eric, introduced himself and placed me in a waiting line. Wasn't long enough when he sent me to Victoria to start the process of upgrading my phone. Since I already knew what phone I was getting, I was in and out within 20 mins. This group of workers were very quick and efficient. I will be coming back to this location from now on.
