This Smiths needs to send their employees to some sort of Customer Service training on how NOT to talk to or TREAT their customers that come to this location to spend their hard earned money which in turn PAYS THEIR SALARIES!!!!!!!!!!!!! Kevin is the rudest clerk they have. I asked him a simple question as to if my digital coupon would be applied to all of the Gatorade I had in my basket or was it just for one item. He looked at me like I had 3 heads and said "yes" Then when he was done ringing up my purchases I asked him again if the coupon was applied to my order (seeing that the total was a lot more than I thought it should be) He said (very rudely) pointing to the screen, its right here that is why I showed you already. Well Mister smart a** it did not apply my coupon and I had to go stand in line at the customer service and try to get a refund of $10.00. The credit I received was for the water not the Gatorade. I have to say it will be a cold day in H**l before I return to this store. I understand that the store was busy but under no circumstances is it OK to be rude to a customer. I don't care how busy it is or how bad you (Kevin) didn't want to be at the register, it is not OK.
