I have to post this review even though I have already called and spoken to a front desk manager. Don (middle aged black gentlemen) was an absolute delight. I had surprises lined up for my out of town parents, a limo (Presidential) and a rom upgrade. I was going to meet them at the hotel and secretly upgrade them. Not only did they get to go to floor 10, Don helped me prank my parents which I love
I had him pretend to give my parents room away and have to put them in a smoking room (they are non smokers). My dad and mom were cussing the whole way to their "new room". they didn't notice we took the elevator to the top floor and when I threw the doors open for their suite they lost it. My parents have never been more surprised in heir life the limo, the room-all were above par.
