We were recommended to use CDC Pools for our remodel due to our Pebbletech being so old and I am SOO GLAD WE DID. The work was completed in March 2017. Tim, the Sales Rep, was helpful throughout the quote and scheduling process and Kevin, Project Manager, was SOOO hands on that he did not miss a beat. Our whole pool was drained and refilled in two weeks EXACTLY!
There were hiccups, like ANY remodel job. The only hiccup was from the office staff doing a poor job of communicating the following day's work. Evidently there were quite a few new hires who were feeling overwhelmed by the volume of their busy season. Which is where Tim and Kevin came in to save the day!
All the CDC Pools employees who came onto our property were respectful of property, cleaned up after themselves, and were very kind vs. other companies that would hire independent contractors who don't care. The work was superb and exceptional! I have attached a "before" picture, transition pictures, and the final product. I would ABSOLUTELY use CDC again when we have our cool decking replaced in several years.
