Wanted to give Brio another try with my family joining me Thursday evening for dinner and drinks. The first time we went the food was very good, but the service was terrible at best. Had to ask for everything from utensils, napkins, water numerous times, and they forgot part of our order and still charged us for it. This all occurred in the bar area on a weekend so we decided to give it a try in the dining room on a weekday. Totally different experience... the food was very good and the service was excellent. Glad we gave Brio's another shot.... we will just avoid the bar area and go to their dining area during the week!!!
