After calling to make an appointment to get checked out after a car accident I showed up 30 minutes early for my appointment at 11:00. I was called back at 11:20 and they asked about the bruises on my arm. I then indicated that it was due to an accident and was the reason I scheduled the appointment. i was clear to indicate the reason when I made my appointment.Now they asked me to come back later because they screwed up the reason for my appointment. They then came back with a packet of paperwork that needs to be filled out for accidents. This could have all been filled out during the 50 minutes I was in the lobby. I'm never coming back to this doctor of office again.
