This is my first visit and it was not what I expected after reading the reviews. I was expecting good treatment if not exceptional and being told to just pick a color and sit was not professional to start. Then after being led to a booth I was curious about something that would strengthen my weak nails, the young lady told me to get the dipping but couldn't tell me why. Dipping is only for fingernails I was also getting a pedicure, so I needed a polish to match or come close to it, when I asked could she help me, her manager questioned her in their native tongue, when I told her I needed help the manager rolled her eyes. I arrived at 2:45pm... still sitting in the pedicure chair at 5:07pm... the young lady didn't polish my nails correctly and told me that I was ok to go, after sitting for 30 minutes you would think my toenails would be dry... Nope!!! The polish was slipping off the nail, probably from not removing the lotion completely... being new to the area I'm trying to find a salon with some professional etiquette and consideration for their customers time... the reviews I read didn't live up to my expectations.
