The lines were insane. Waited 25 mins. Then Esther. A non American eastern European by my guess on the accent. I couldn't understand through the glass half of what she said. Not only was she very unprofessional(her blouse needed to be buttoned and I now know what kind of bra she was wearing...I don't want that info. I don't want to see your bra lady! White lace bra on Friday 9/23 just so you know I know. Button your shirt and after you do that relearn your job. You didn't try to cash my paycheck at all. You had my bosses number on file and I had to call and hand you the my cell through the glass. You had the same number on file that I called and proceeded to tell me you couldn't call that number...so basically you didn't go the extra mile, you dressed unprofessional and after the check finally cashed after another 35 mins at the counter you made the nice comment of "I hope you get my point of view" you living in a dream world Esther. You are not professional or helpful. You were rude and did not try to do anything for me that you should of. You should be fired for that comment and your lack of motivation to cash my check. DISGUSTED WITH boa. Even more so with ESTHER!
