I would give a lower score then one star , this company's customer service is not well trainned to answer question. I called and asked for the return policy over the phone before I purchased their product , their sales person told me that the return is free, I do not need to pay for the return postage, their customer service will send me the UPS label through email if I do not like their product. After I received the product, I do not like the product and call to ask for return label, their customer serive rep was rude on the phone and told me that there is no such free return, meaning I have to mail the product back to them at my own expense, they said they post the return policy on their website. I went back o again to their website and do not find the return policy. They may have it somewhere that you do not see it easily. I advice you to be careful to buy something on line with a company like this, a company who is not responsible for what they say to customers. Very poor service. I finally paid for my Fedex fee $26.00 to mail the return product back to them.
