This airline is ridiculous. There are charges for every little thing. From choosing your seat to your carry on. The seats are the worst ever. Barely any cushioning and they don't even recline. Simply unheard of. Oh and then you have a flight attendant that reprimanded a guy for sitting in the exit row when the seat was available. She stated that unless he paid the extra fee for the seat he had to go back to his seat. I don't understand it because no one was sitting there why not let him sit there?? This airline is super stingy. Yes, the tickets at first site seem cheap but when you add up all the ridiculous fees I really don't think it's worth it. Plus the absolutely uncomfortable seats are reason enough to avoid this airline.
