I do not recommend Valley Pain Consultants. I used the office on 91st and West Thomas in Phoenix. They are rude at every level, from front desk, telephone, PA's...everyone. They treat you as if you are a criminal or an addict when I only used 1/2 of my pain prescription monthly. I am exhausted of going to doctors and frustrated that I cannot find one to trust my healthcare to.
I have had an initial appointment, a follow up and when I went in for my second scheduled follow up, they told me I need to reschedule. I still don't have all of my prescriptions as prescribed at my initial visit, so they weren't even effective in my treatment (otherwise, I could tolerate the rudeness). Each visit I had to go back to the office, try to get them to coordinate with my insurance for one prescription and/or have them write the other prescription correctly. The third prescription makes me sleep all day, so is not effective at all....how can anyone function in society with gainful employment when you cant stay awake? When I mentioned this to the PA, she just looked at me and told me to not take it. Ok...no problem, but what is the solution??
When I walked out after telling them I was done they called and left a rude message to come back, they were going to squeeze me in...no thanks, it's already rushed when I'm not squeezed in. I just want to be back to functional!!
