I hate dentists. I really hate dentists. But I love Dr. Steiner. I've been seeing Dr. Steiner for about 6 years now and I cannot say enough good things about him! He is genuinely warm and engaging and his staff is equally on point! I found them through a Google search, because the time had come where I could no longer ignore that much-needed dentist visit, but he immediately put me at ease. 3 moves later, I'm still driving to see him- even though I now live 40 minutes away. I've recommended him to friends and family (my parents and my husband now see him too) & figured the time had come to weigh in on Yelp. He once came in on a holiday for a semi-emergency situation because I was leaving on a business trip the next day. He not only remembers things we've chatted about- he knows things my parents and husband chat with him about and asks after them. I've been in sales for almost 20 years and that is a feat of unparalleled customer service. I'm lucky if I remember someone I worked with 24 hours earlier and he recalls things from 6-12 months ago. The whole office genuinely cares for you and make your visits the best they could possibly be- almost as good as if you weren't actually at a dentist. To put it simply, my dentist is better than your dentist and you should convert.
