Arizona Rose Company failed to deliver the arrangement I specifically chose on 1-800-Flowers.com and delivered a much cheaper (and nowhere near as beautiful) arrangement to my host and hostess for their beautiful Christmas day dinner. After contacting 1-800-Flowers.com and sending them pictures, the remedy they offered was that this florist would now deliver what I had actually ordered (even though the holiday and the dinner was over). A day or so later, 1-800-Flowers.com called and said that the florist couldn't do it because Christmas was over (?!?) At this point I had already spent enough time, and made enough phone calls both to 1-800-Flowers.com as well as to my hostess regarding this situation so I told them I just wanted a refund. Next I hear from my hostess that ARC had called her up and insisted that she return the flower arrangement immediately and that they were loud and rude and demanding. So I had to call 1-800-Flowers.com again and tell them how humiliating it was for me as a guest in someone's home to find out what they did and how they treated her. So my husband and I basically attended a beautiful dinner and in the end, thanks to both companies, brought nothing for the host and hostess! I also found out that they had only refunded HALF my money...but that they would, after this new turn of events, refund the rest. I would never trust my business with either of them in the future because of all the time, effort and humiliation involved only to end up with nothing.
