So I wrote a previous review of SNIP (4/5 stars) and wanted to update it to 5! I'll say it again: their slogan is pretty accurate and hilarious. "We suck less...". All cable/internet companies suck a bit. But SNIP is a smaller local company and that alone is something I like. Their prices are reasonable and there is always someone available if you have a question. There was a stretch there when service was pretty spotty whenever it rained or stormed and the cable would go out. It was annoying but when I e-mailed the support team they called me and had it fixed within 10 minutes. This was at like 9pm on a weekday too! Chris and Greg are who I've spoken to and they have been nothing but nice and helpful. Since they are a smaller company I think you usually have to leave a message on the main line, but someone has always called me back. Definitely sick of the standard Spectrum or AT&T games. SNIP has been mostly headache free and I've had them since 2016.
