Located on the Strip, underneath Paris' Eiffel Tower. Very popular brunch place, especially on the weekends so try to make a reservation beforehand. Lots of seating available, try to snatch one in the outdoor patio because it has a great view of the Bellagio Fountains. Hexx Benedict: Instead of an English muffin, they use scallop potatoes as their base which I thought was a great idea. Only 1 serving instead of 2 but it was surprisingly filling nonetheless. I enjoyed their hollandaise sauce. Farm Fresh Eggs: Very filling entree with eggs, bacon, home fries, & English muffin. All good! Strawberry Cocktail: Very taste & strong. Did I mention that it is open 24/7?!
