My husband's car got towed, so obviously this is already a bad day. to make matters not complicated the vehicle was a work vehicle and the owner is not even in the state. My husband called to ask what was needed for him to be the one that reclaims the vehicle and the lady on the phone told him he needed I signed notice from his employer with xyz information. We drove 30 minutes to their office where we were told by the same lady that the notice was useless because it was not notorized. Ummm why didn't you mention it that before when we called? I swear they try to prolong things so that you have to pick up the next day and have to pay more. Luckily we were able to pick up before closing, man they almost cost us another couple hundred and wasted our time and gas.
