Rolled into town at almost midnight. Got to the car rental place to find that there was a long @$$ line for Thrifty. It took an hour before I was helped. What the heck? Don't they pay attention to when flights come in? Shouldn't have to wait that long to get a freaking car. I coulda taken a cab to my hotel and checked in in the amount of time it took to get a car. Unacceptable! Anyway went out to the lot and the sign said to wait for the attendant. The attendant seemed like a tweaker. Asked her ok what car do I get. She looked at my paperwork and said, "Oh you want a Jeep? You can have anything I have the most of." (Disclosure: I paid for a compact or similar. The Jeep was a small SUV and was not a Wrangler) I looked around and said hey I want a Camaro. Tweaker laughed and said, "you're supposed to get a small car!" Ok, so she wasn't as tweaker as I thought. Got into my Jeep and took off. Thanks tweaker lady!
