I simply couldn't recommend Yota Pros enough. I have been coming here with my '98 Camry for a few years now and have never once been disappointed or put off in any way, and beyond that have always been incredibly impressed at the professionalism and kindness shown to me by these people. The many instances of over the top service have made me and my family lifetime customers.
As a 20-year-old woman, it's often difficult to find mechanics who both respect me and whom I respect. They have never failed to be clear with me about what my car needs and what work they've decided to do, as well as the price tag that may come along with it. They're understanding of my needs as a broke kid, and they often quote me a reasonable price much lower than competition (And they're always clear about upselling - if it's not absolutely necessary immediately, they tell me so!). I will forever be grateful for having this place close and available to me!
My most recent visit was highlighted by Mike inviting me into the garage to see my car up in the air so he could demonstrate exactly what they were doing and looking for after I told them I thought I had a gas leak. He walked me around the car, pointed stuff out to me, etc. I've never felt more respected and included in my car repair, which is the most important part of the whole process for me. I love Mike and Mark!!
