I think the poor reviews were related to old staff members. I had several questions about my different options for my policies. Not only did they send me all the information I requested they also followed up and answered my questions. I thought I had a pretty good handle on insurance after spending several hours researching online but Cody's team took the extra effort to explain which policy best fit my needs. Keep up the great work!
