DO NOT GO HERE! I got a facial and my skin felt like I had a sunburn after (red, swollen, dry and hot) and it continued until the next morning. I submitted their form saying I had dry and sensitive skin before the facial but they did nothing to customize my experience. When I called them they also refused to do anything or to take any accountability and just told me to go see a doctor. They said it was probably just because of an allergy even though I told them my skin feels like it's been scrubbed raw due to their intensive facial routine and is not bumpy or itchy like an allergy. I have also never had a reaction as severe as this to anything despite having had multiple facials at other places and also despite having used many different skin care products over the year. After calling a third time to ask for compensation for my damaged skin they told me they could give me a lotion when they already said that my irritation might have been caused by a hidden allergy to their products. How does that help me? They refused to give me even a partial refund despite ruining my skin. I usually try to take good care of my skin and this was a traumatizing experience. Would never recommend this to anyone!
