This place is a big rip off!! I've been going here for a long time getting my car washed, and my oil changes, and getting smog checks on my 16 year old car. Now I have a new car and I needed a smog check so I went there. My car is only a year-and-a-half old they told me it failed smog because I put in a new battery 3 days ago and proceeded to charge me $16 for a failed smog check. Told me to drive it for a week it'll be fine and bring it back. I asked if they would credit that $16 for the new smog check they said no. They told me this happens all the time. I said then why if you're trying to have good customer service not tell your customers first if they have had any work done or a battery changed on their car within the last week that they should wait another week. The manager told me it's not his job. So now they have lost a customer for good. I guess places change now they're just a rip-off!!
