I have been coming here for about a year and a half and I absolutely love it! The coaches are all incredibly knowledgable and take the time to work with all the members to ensure that they have the proper form. This was my first Crossfit gym to ever join and I am so happy that I found Full Strength. The environment is stress free and all the members are very friendly.
