I stopped by this store yesterday to purchase more earrings on sale with the $10 off $10 coupon from the mail. I used this coupon in the past to get those type of earrings (for sensitive ears) from time to time to build my collection so I can have a variety to wear, to look pretty and fun. They have themed designs that I can wear for casual days and formal occasions.
The actual kicker: upon arrival to the store to pick up my earrings, the manager on duty sort of halted me and told me the store actually closes at 6 (the time I walked in the door) on Sundays and not 7; yet, he eventually let me in when I told him I was there to pick up an item and not shop or browse. He was courteous as he didn't have to do that- how polite! At the register with my coupon on hand, the sales associate (young gal) couldn't find my earrings and sprinted with me towards the jewelry section without delay, to select the exact earrings set I had wanted and when it was learned that the sale price was below $10 and not $11.99, she went ahead and let me "purchase" their chocolate candy bar (yum, BTW) to help bring the total up to just above $10 (after she couldn't get the register to change the price of the earrings to price it at $10+), so after tax the total was $1.98. I got to take home the 5 earrings and candy bar pretty much for free. Thanks for brightening my by day even more ;)
