I'm not huge into designer clothes, but I gave Hugo Boss a shot during my stay at the Venetian. After falling in love with their Wyll vest and being helped by the amazing staff I couldn't help but purchase their wares.
Less than a week after purchasing, my dry cleaner lost an accessory to that new vest. According to my local Hugo Boss, they are only made per vest order and cannot be sold separately. Bummed, but still hopeful, I reached out to the store manager Janice who was a GODSEND. She personally texted me with updates, was able to procure a new accessory for me, and had it shipped to me ASAP.
Thank you SO MUCH for all of your help! You have earned a loyal customer to the brand and I'll be shopping again soon upon my next Vegas trip :)
