Recently moved cross country to the Phoenix area and did my research on agents prior to picking one. After several phone and email conversations with his staff (whom always gave superior customer service) I met with Brock himself for a complete review in person...and he did not disappoint! Very personable guy with great knowledge of the complete industry and financial aspects of people's lives. You can tell he's not just an office manager but a doer for his clients. We ended up moving all polices to him and would highly recommend others in the area (or even those within a longer drive, like us) do the same!
