We have been going there a few times -Today was my last straw with them. First took my kids to see their I specialist to find out the prescription Dr. Fechtel gave my oldest was so off like way off , I went there for an exam on May and I cant wear the glasses and they make me dizzy and make me feel ill. Their prices are not consistent I purchased glasses in the morning and charge a different amount then my son who went in the afternoon. The beginning of July my husband took my son in there because is glasses broke the young lady there said they were covered under warranty so we said go ahead and replace them , and we ordered a new pair...well they called today and said his second pair was ready and I asked if there was a balance mind you the only thing I should be paying for is transition printed out what they sent to my insurance....They are charging me for a medical exam which was never done we came in with a prescription so never saw a doctor, and long an behold they charged my insurance for the frames (which we were told were covered under warrantee and now trying to charge me) when I called the office I was given the run around and told to call my insurance and have them explain not once did they say they were charging me for frames so that is why I owe a large amount, I not sure how I feel about being told one thing and it not be the truth.
