Since i was looking for ink refill, i went on yelp and search for ink cartridge refill, then i saw this shop.. and view all the reviews. then i went there, ANGEL helped me a lot.. she checked my cartridge if its really empty. then she told me only my black went out, but my colored in is still full. she helped me a lot! coz whenever im getting my refill at fry's they're not checking my cartridge if it went out or not. they're not putting clips on it or something and usually it takes 40mins before i can pick them up.
But here, angel helped me! she gave me freebies, notes, pen, free mnm's which i liked most! LOL.. she gave me coupon, so nexttime im gonna get a refill im gonna get 20% discount. i really recommend this for ink refill!
