I had recently purchased a Volkswagen GTI and I wanted to get some work done to it. I looked up what the best places were to have work on a VW done and Goodspeed came up. They are the only VW place in town that does APR work (Tuning Company). Knowing this I had a feeling that this place would be awesome. I drive up and pull into their lot where I see all kinds of badass cars parked in the lot. There were WRXs, GTIs, Audi's, BMWs, GTRs. You name the car and it was here and looking badass. I go in the showroom where they take my keys and get to work on my car. The showroom is a place for car lovers. Not only are their performance parts mounted to the walls, but also mounted to the wall is a TV showing the BBC show TOP GEAR. I thought to myself now this place knows what's going on. They respect the good car enthusiast. My car finally finished and I got to enjoy my tuned GTI. Only downside was that the tune caused an issue on my car which is very rare because APR is one of the best tuning companies in the world. This, however, was not Goodspeed's fault, it was APRs. Through thick and thin Jon, the owner, fought for me to get me taken care of. The level of customer service Jon went through was some of the best I have ever seen. Coming from a sales background myself, I was thoroughly impressed. In the end Jon took care of me, even going as far as paying for a rental car for me while my car got fixed. I have my car back now and it is awesome and back to normal. I will continue to do business with Jon at Goodspeed because of my positive experience and I hope if you read this, you will too.
