Absolutely am glad Ryan was my agent! Here is just one of the many examples why I am glad, but this one made me proud. The buyers loan officer was being lazy and was postponing the closing date, Ryan stood up to them and negotiated them to pay the interest for every day late... saving me $350+. Like I said, this is only one, there were many other examples and savings Ryan was able to negotiate. I don't think I would of been able to sell my house if it wasn't for Ryan. Thank you so much!
