Do NOT get your hair done here!!
The stylist has messed everything that I asked him.
1 - I wanted my hair down the middle of my back (it was long down to my hips) with a layer style. He cut the back about 3 inches shorter than I wanted and then told me now layering won't look good. He cut about 7 inches in total from my hair.
2 - I also wanted a balayage ombré hair. It took him 6 hours but in the end I still don't see any "ombré". Right now my hair just looks like the blonde grew out. And I don't see a good toning color either, it's very brassy just like if you only bleached the hair without any toner.
If they couldn't do the ombré in the north York location, they should have just said so when I made the appointment. I am super disappointed in my hair. GO TO LISA DINH instead!!
