This is a beautiful complex, I live in a Un-renovated unit as known as the classic. The unit itself is really nice hardwood floors in the front, carpet in the bedrooms, very simple and nice. The staff is very friendly the residents all seem very nice. I've been here for about a week now and have only experienced one major problem. Hence the 3 star rating... there is a massive insect problem here, there are crickets, spiders and roaches... everyday since I've been here I've had to kill at least two crickets thy have made their way in to my house, bugs crawl up through the drains in the bathrooms. All the screens on the windows are not on properly there are gaps so I can't keep the windows open. There's a cute little dog park ( really small ) but no playground for all the kids that live here ( there are a lot of children that live here) all in all This com Lex is really nice minus the insect problem if they can get that under control then it would be a 5 star property
