We stayed here on 3/5-3/6 2016,out of all the motel/hotels we've stayed,this was the worst place ever. First had an uncomfortable exchange with front desk girl about honoring the web price from hotels.com,whom if not for them we wouldn't had stepped foot in the door. Room was non smoking but you can smell cigarettes everywhere,access door near our room never quiet probly smokers,wake up calls in the a.m. that we never asked for,no one came to clean room had to call front desk their reply was do you need the whole room cleaned. When we got back after housekeeping I noticed that they used the same dirty sheets to remake the bed and hair was still on the bathroom floor. Also checkout morning we heard housekeeping talking in the hallways. I complained checkout morning to a front desk guy that was apologetic and sympathetic,despite sounding as if he was making up excuses for my problems he assured me there was no excuse for the poor service. He gave me a partial refund and I left with the intention of telling the world and never returning to that hellhole. Worst place ever
