This is the first service I've had on my car since moving to Vegas. After reading the reviews I was seriously concerned about the level of quality and service at either Desert BMW location. After 1 phone call my angst was put to ease.. The lady who helped schedule my appointment was super nice and made my first impression a positive one.
Upon arrival I was promptly greeted and my service advisor, Marco, walked me through what was going to be happening and how long this was going to take. He also let me know when to bring my car back for other services (oil change, etc) that my car won't tell me about.
They were done in less than the time they said it was going to take and they even washed my car. Hell yeah!
