The bridal shop from which my daughter's designer wedding gown was purchased recommended Sandra at Arcadia Dry Cleaners for cleaning and preservation packaging of the gown. I made an appointment and met with her the next day. Normally such processing shouldn't require quick turnaround but my daughter lives in CA and was going to be in AZ only one day the following week. She needed it processed and ready for pickup in about 4 days. The day it was needed was Sandra's birthday and she was not scheduled to work but she insisted that since I needed it that day, she come in would make it happen. I protested repeatedly but she graciously insisted. What a great customer service attitude.
When I arrived to pick up the dress, she showed me the gown (looked brand new - all dirt stains at hem were gone). She packaged it beautifully as I watched and then she even helped me load it into my car.
I'd recommend them highly for bridal gown preservation processing. Sandra is a gem; skilled, personable, professional and gracious.
Final note: their price for the process was very competitive and fair. Great value.
