Needed my case back tightened on my Rolex GMT, called ahead and was invited in to have it tightened and pressure tested. Dropped by today and encountered one of the finest watch service departments I've ever come across, consummate Professionals through and through. My watch was sealed, pressure tested, tested for timing accuracy and the oyster band was steam cleaned. No charge!
