WOW! What a professional company. Our AC decided to stop cooling on a Saturday night. Ken called us back within 20 minutes on Saturday night and scheduled to come out the next day, on a Sunday - what I really appreciated right away was over the phone he mentioned that a Sunday service would cost a bit more. I appreciated the honesty and knew with the hot temps, we needed a Sunday appointment. Ken was friendly and professional - letting me know step-by-step what he was troubleshooting and what the problem was. Thankfully it was an easy fix and he even stopped a metal on metal noise with a custom fix. As a military family, we cannot thank Ken enough for his trustworthiness and we will ONLY call his company again and recommend Dawn till Dusk to everyone!
