I chose to stay here because the rooms at Wild Horse were super expensive this week, due to high capacity. It is brand new and directly across from the Wild Horse Pass Casino/Hotel. I had a beautiful suite. I stayed for 2 nights on this business trip and both Melissa and Lisa at the front desk were FABULOUS! Melissa called my room the second evening to see if I needed anything...like a concierge at a high end hotel! I ended up being confined to the hotel for a few hours due to a nasty storm, with no interest in driving to get dinner. Lisa gave me the number and menu for a nearby restaurant that would deliver dinner. They both provided exceptional service (and we had some laughs about my referring to the Haboob that came through as a "Maboob"....LOL I will definitely be back! 5 star service at this Best Western.
