I have never been to a medical clinic that was so unprofessional. When making my appointment I gave them my insurance. They did not tell me until my second visit that they did NOT take my insurance. I am definitely NOT the first person to go there with that insurance. The appointment schedulers should know their business and what insurance they don't accept. . The desk staff greets you with a scowl. Never smiles. The doctor never even put his hands on me to assess my problem. They took xrays with clothes on and you could see my zipper on the xray. Not professional. The staff think working is a social hour. I walked out very unhappy and went to another center nearby. What a difference in professionalism from one office to another.
