The front and back office staff are completely incompetent and are a nightmare to work with. I love dr Patel and have tremendous trust and faith in him, but the web of office staff incompetency is so thick it has kept me from making another appointment bc I just can't take the added stress in an already difficult situation. I have been trying to get a receipt for thousands of dollars that was paid over a month ago. I also got a bill that was 1 year (yes that's correct) late. I don't think it was even legit but I can't even remember because it was a service that supposedly took place 1 year ago. I got a letter threatening to send me to collections despite it was the first time I was ever contacted about his bill. I called, thy acknowledge error and apologized but ten never fixed the issue. I'm so fed up and I can't file my taxes until I get this receipt
