I've been taking Lady Grey (or Neela as is her formal name) here since 2008.
This is a charming, short-term boarding cat boarding place. The ladies in charge are super friendly and accommodating. The kennels are high enough to give the cats space. (I can't honestly remember how many kennels I've seen). There is a window where they let the residents hang out for an hour daily.
They also let the cats out daily to hang out with the staff. I don't have a problem with this and in fact, appreciate it since Neela is very sociable, friendly and docile. The ladies are always happy to see Neela.
I find the place & service reliable. Neela's never come back sick after her stay here. The longest she's stayed is close to 2 weeks.
Christmas is one of their high seasons, so check space with due time. I think summer is another high season, so check with time. Make sure your cat is up to date with its vaccines before boarding it.
