I lived at Palm Court Apartments from 2006-2012 and 2014-2017. I appreciate Property Manager Shawn for replacing carpet when needed and advocating for me during a previous rental dispute. Property Manager Shawn and the entire staff at Palm Court are professional and address tenents' concerns in a promptly manner. The community is clean from debri, gated, and well lit creating a quiet and safe community. I would definitely refer Palm Court Community Apartment Homes to future tenents!
